Shipping costs
The flat shipping rate within Germany is 3.90 €.
From an order value of 40,- € we ship free of charge within Germany!
The flat shipping rate to other countries is 9.90 €.
Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the article description, the goods will be delivered within Germany within 2-5 days after order confirmation (in case of agreed advance payment on the day after your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one joint shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Transport damage
Despite all care, transport damage may occur during delivery. In this case we will of course refund the damaged articles free of charge. Please note the following:
Please report externally visible transport damage immediately upon receipt of the goods to the deliverer (e.g. DHL/Post): you can refuse acceptance, or accept only under reservation and note this on the delivery note. Please then inform us about the identified transport damage.
Hidden transport damage (i.e. damage that is not visible from the outside) must be reported in writing within 7 days!
